Team relay race The event is held according to the rules issued by FIDAL – WORLD ATHLETICS

ROUTE

The route measures about 430 km, divided into 40 stages.

ORGANIZATION

VRM Team ASD in cooperation with ASV Rennerclub Vinschgau Raiffeisen, Run It Rovigo and Polisportiva Adige.

in Resia BZ – September 6, 2024 from 4 a.m.

ARRIVAL

Rosolina Mare RO – September 7, 2024 from 6 p.m. at hours 23.30

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

requirements for the athlete to register for the competitionmay participate:

  1. Athletes registered for 2024 for FIDAL affiliated club
  2. Italian and foreign Athletes in possession of Runcard (valid as sports insurance and permission to compete) and Athletes registered for a Sports Promotion Body (Sect. Athletics), in possession of Runcard-EPS, limited to persons from 20 years in possession of a valid medical certificate of specific agonistic fitness for athletics, which must be compulsorily delivered, also digitally, to the organizing companies of each event.
  3. Italian/foreign athletes not registered in Italy and in possession of a membership card of a club affiliated to a foreign athletics federation recognised by World Athletics. At the time of registration, they must alternatively submit self-certification of possession of the World Athletics recognized card. The self-certification should then, however, be signed in original at the time of bib pick-up.

TEAM REGISTRATION FEE

Team registration costs

  • From April 7 to May 31, 2024 – euro 500.00
  • From June 1 June to June 30, 2024 – euro 600.00
  • July 1 to August 7, 2024 – 700.00 euros

SAFETY DEVICES

Each participant must carry flashlight or headlamp with charging LED taillight with charging reflective vest During nighttime hours, it is mandatory for the runner to wear personal safety equipment

WITHDRAWAL OF RACE EQUIPMENT AND VERIFICATION OF SAFETY DEVICES

Bibs, the identification tables of the two team vehicles and the baton will be delivered at the RACE SECRETARIAT upon presentation of the registration confirmation letter.

At the same venue, the night running safety equipment of all team members will be checked.

At the end of verification each competitor will be clasped on the wrist with a non-removable personal bracelet, which must be worn at least until the finish line.

In the event that the second five members are not present at the start, at the request of the team leader the bracelet will be clasped on the wrist of at least five competitors.

The bracelet will be placed on the remaining team members before the start of the sixth leg.

After the sixth stage, all team riders must wear the bracelet.

MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION OF THE TEAM.

Two vehicles are allowed per team, which may be cars at 5/7 seats, 9-seater vans/minivans or camper vans (e.g., Volkswagen California). Not are allowed motor homesa 5 or more seats.

WITNESS

the runner on the course must carry the baton, an object that contains an electronic position detector.

It is compulsory for Competitors to wear their Bib well in view, outside the safety devices, not to diminish its size or conceal any imprinted inscriptions or symbols, under penalty of exclusion from the Race. During night hours, from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., it is mandatory to wear safety equipment .

CHECKS

at the change points the participant must hand over the baton to the next runner.
There he/she must comply with the directives of the race officials in charge. Ad at each change point ihe bracelet will be verified before the start: its absence or tampering will be grounds for disqualification of the team.

EXCHANGE POINTS

There will be accessible toilets and chemical toilets located in adjacent area at the exchange points.

CLASSIFICATIONS: GENERAL TEAMS – MEN – WOMEN – MIXED (minimum 3 women or 3 men)

Overall rankings for all teams will be drawn up.
Rankings will then be drawn up for men’s teams (with a maximum of 2 women) women’s teams (maximum of 2 men) and mixed teams.
The measurement of times and preparation of the rankings is by OTC SRL

AWARDS

The award ceremony for the first runners-up will be held in Rosolina Mare on Sunday, September 8, 2024 at 10 a.m.

RESPONSIBILITY

The Organization while taking care of the success of the Event, disclaims any responsibility for any damage or injury that may occur to Competitors, third parties and property, before, during and after the event.

RIGHT OF IMAGE

By signing the registration form, the athlete, as of now, expressly authorizes the organization to the free use of images, still and/or moving, portraying his/her person and taken during his/her participation in the RESIA ROSOLINA RELAY.
This authorization for the use of one’s image is to be understood to be lent indefinitely and without territorial limits throughout the world, for use in publications and various films, including, but not limited to, promotional and/or advertising materials and made in all media.
The organization may, in addition, assign to third parties, its own institutional and commercial partners, the rights of use provided for in this agreement.

STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY

By signing the registration form, the athlete declares that he/she knows and accepts the rules of the RESIA ROSOLINA RELAY published on www.resiarosolinarelay.it and that he/she is 20 years of age or older on September 6, 2024.
He/she also expressly declares under his/her own responsibility, not only to have declared the truth (art. 2 law 04/01/1968 n° 15 as modified by art. 3 paragraph 10 law 15/05/1997 n° 127), but to exonerate the organizers from any responsibility, both civil and criminal, for damages to persons and/or things caused by him/her or deriving from him/her.

FINAL WARNINGS

The Organization reserves the right to amend these regulations at any time in order to ensure better organization of the race. Any changes to services, locations, and times will be promptly communicated to registered athletes via the confirmation letter and will be posted on the internal
